Our team is made up of several talented qualified chefs who all have over 15 years experience working in commercial kitchens. 

Our chefs have come up through the ranks in several of Sydney’s leading restaurants and five star hotels and now bring their training and creative menus directly to you. 

At Hunter Concierge we only offer the highest quality of service. With a private and personalised menu at the venue of your choice in the Hunter Valley, we hope you enjoy this unique dining experience. 

This Modern Australian menu is created by the same expert behind menu number 3 & 8.

  • Minimum 10 guests
  • New Years Eve, Christmas Eve & Public Holiday surcharges apply.
  • All guests to dine on the same item selected for each course.
  • Price includes table set up, cutlery, crockery, wait staff, chef, kitchen pack down & clean up.

    Yellowfin tuna, cucumber gel, pangrattato, pomegranate pearls & seaweed caviar
  • Quail
    Confit quail legs, roasted quail breast, botrytis poached grapes, mandarin & radish
  • Barramundi
    Pan fried wild barramundi, steamed zucchini flower & scallop mousse, noilly prat velouté & purple basil
  • Beef Cheeks
    Slow braised beef cheeks with potato galette, crispy enoki mushrooms, asparagus & red wine sauce
  • Doughnuts
    Handmade cinnamon, lemon & vanilla bean doughnut balls, poached rhubarb, melon & anglaise
  • Cheese
    D’Affinois brie, caramelised onion jam, fresh figs & lavosh
