Let us turn your dream day into a reality. With access to our stunning private properties, a choice of beautiful ceremony areas as well as delicious menu options crafted by qualified chefs, Greystone Estate can focus on it all… so you can focus on your love.

CEREMONY, RECEPTION & ACCOMMODATION PACKAGE

Our wedding package include a private event onsite of up to 110 guests including a relaxing 2 night escape dedicated purely to your event.

For your consideration

Combine Greystone Estate with its sister property Whitevale Estate (sleeps 18 guests). Located in the heart of Hunter Wine Country, both properties are only minutes away from great restaurants, wineries, cellar doors and many beautiful photo opportunities.

We will include

1 x complimentary return transfer to the event for Whitevale Estate guests, coordinated by Hunter Concierge. 

Alternatively, for an additional fee, travel like a VIP. Get picked up from Whitevale Estate by helicopter and make your grand entrance landing at Greystone Estate. Please Note: Noise restrictions do apply. All entertainment must conclude at 10.30pm with visiting guests vacating the property by 11.00pm.

Package Options

All catering and events are coordinated and managed by Hunter Concierge. Clients can supply all of their own alcohol and beverages and there are no corkage fees.

RSA trained bar staff must be supplied by Hunter Concierge. Additional hourly rates do apply and we recommend a minimum of 1 bar staff member to 30 guest ratio.

MEL AND JAMES

COORDINATION & MANAGEMENT

Depending on the nature and length of your event, Hunter Concierge fees start from $3,900 inc gst and may include any of the following:

  • On-site manager for the duration of your event.
  • Point of contact during the entire process.
  • Unlimited emails.
  • Advice and guidance with all aspects of your event.
  • Coordinate catering, chefs, waitstaff, dietary requirements and RSA-trained bar staff. 
  • Oversee bump in & bump out of all vendors.
  • Set up and coordination of tables, chairs or any hired furniture.
  • Assist with guest transport services, guest arrivals and departures.
  • Liaise with MC and all vendors to ensure smooth running of the event.
  • Coordinate the day to your schedule and timelines.

A 10% surcharge applies to Sunday events and a 15% surcharge applies to public holidays and long weekends.
